Where can I attend a workshop?

How do I know I am feeling the energy and the auras?

The feeling can be subtle. Also, your seventh aura may be far out from your physical body. Begin with the energy ball in your hands (as described in the book). Then go outside with your partner and stand 40 feet away (ensure it is quite, without distraction). Now point your hands at the other person and slowly walk towards her. Stop as soon as you feel a small shift - that is your two outer auras (or energy eggs) touching!
